Delete your account
You can permanently delete your SayLoc account and the data tied to it at any time, directly from the app.
Delete from the app
- Open SayLoc and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Under Preferences & support, tap Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm by tapping Delete my account.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out automatically once it completes.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (email, display name, user ID).
- Your profile information.
- Your search history and cached search results.
- Your saved favorites.
- Your preferences (language, default search radius, notification setting).
- Your remaining credit balance.
Routine backups and abuse-prevention logs, where kept, follow their normal, limited retention schedule and are not linked back to you for any other purpose. In-app purchases already processed by the App Store or Google Play are handled under those platforms’ own policies and are not affected by account deletion.
Can't open the app?
If you no longer have access to the app but want your account and data deleted, contact us at skyfeedtechnical@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, and we will process the deletion for you.
