What SayLoc provides

SayLoc helps users discover nearby businesses and services through natural-language search, maps, filters and AI-generated summaries. SayLoc is a discovery tool and does not operate, endorse or guarantee listed businesses.

Third-party information

Business names, locations, opening hours, ratings, reviews, contact details and directions may come from third-party providers. Information can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Confirm important details directly with the business before relying on them.

AI-generated content

AI summaries are generated for convenience from available information and may contain errors or omit context. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, emergency or safety advice.

Emergency situations

Do not rely on SayLoc for emergencies. Contact the appropriate official emergency service in your location.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping your Apple, Google or SayLoc email/password credentials secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with other users.

Credits and purchases

Some searches may use credits. Any in-app purchase offered on iOS will be processed by Apple and subject to App Store billing rules. Credit availability, trial amounts and package details may change where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use SayLoc to violate law, harm others, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected components, bypass access controls or submit abusive content.

Availability

We work to keep SayLoc available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, pause or be discontinued as the product evolves.

Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SayLoc is not responsible for decisions, losses or incidents arising from third-party business information, generated summaries, map data or services provided by listed businesses.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when changes are published. Questions can be sent through Profile → Help & Feedback in the SayLoc app.
